Returns Policy
At Sleeplove, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. As a result, we are currently not able to offer a refund or exchange once the order is placed. However, if a size issue arises, we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. Please email us at connect@sleeplove.co with the order number, and we will ensure to resolve this to the best of our ability.
We create our clothing with you in mind, and if you’re ever dissatisfied with your purchase, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to email us at connect@sleeplove.co with your order number and the reason for your concern, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Faulty/Damaged Orders
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. At Sleeplove, we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If a replacement is in stock and available, we will replace the faulty item.
Returns of faulty goods must be sent back to us within 7 days of being received, accompanied by a detailed email to connect@sleeplove.co.
If a replacement cannot be offered, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card for the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
