We aim to process and ship all domestic orders within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days
- Express International Shipping: 5-7 business days
International orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs regulations. Please be aware that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy
Sleeplove offers made-to-order products based on customers' preferences and measurements; hence, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange once the order is placed. However, if a size issue arises, we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. To learn more, please read our Alteration policy. No returns and refunds are accepted on sale products.

Alteration Policy
In the event of a sizing issue concerning a product, we will be happy to make the required alterations to the existing product; however, the charges for these alterations would have to be borne by the customer.
The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility, and any associated charges will also need to be borne by the customer.
In case there are any sizing or measurement issues on our end, we would be happy to investigate the matter and resolve it accordingly.
Faulty/Damaged Orders
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. At Sleeplove, we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If a replacement is in stock and available, we will replace the faulty item.
Returns of faulty goods must be sent back to us within 7 days of being received, accompanied by a detailed email to connect@sleeplove.co.
If a replacement cannot be offered, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card for the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
