Delivery Timelines

We follow a made-to-order system, which means each piece is crafted after your order is placed. This allows us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Hence our delivery timelines are as follows:

• Regular orders: Delivered within 3–4 weeks.
• Pre-Order (For pieces out of stock): Delivered within 4-5 weeks.

We also offer an express delivery option, which typically delivers within 2-3 days, depending on your location. Please reach out to us on email at connect@sleeplove.co for any express order requests. 

For international orders, please allow an additional 1 week for delivery.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over Rs. 2000 and international orders over Rs. 10,000. For orders below this value, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can also track your order here.
• Business days are Monday to Friday with exceptional days such as festivals, and national holidays.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and delays may occur during holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 
• For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs regulations. Please be aware that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Returns & Alterations 

At Sleeplove, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. As a result, we are currently not able to offer a refund or exchange once the order is placed.

However, if a size issue arises, we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. Please email us at connect@sleeplove.co with the order number, and we will ensure to resolve this to the best of our ability. 

We’re happy to offer the first alteration free of charge; however, we kindly ask that the buyer covers the shipping costs. Any additional alterations beyond the first will be at the buyer’s expense.

If you’re ever dissatisfied with your purchase, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to email us at connect@sleeplove.co with your order number and the reason for your concern, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Faulty/Damaged Orders

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. At Sleeplove, we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If a replacement is in stock and available, we will replace the faulty item.

Returns of faulty goods must be sent back to us within 7 days of being received, accompanied by a detailed email to connect@sleeplove.co.

If a replacement cannot be offered, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card for the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
